Dr Yoshimi Okada
Dr Yoshimi Okada is a principal researcher of Chiyoda Corporation, and also a director of Hydrogen Energy System Society of Japan (HESS).
His specialty are chemical engineering, electrochemistry and catalyst chemistry. His research group started to develop noble dehydrogenation catalyst for Liquid Organic Hydrogen Carrier (LOHC) since 2002, and Chiyoda Corporation has complete the “SPERA Hydrogen” system for the massive H2 storage and transportation technology through the demonstration operation with pilot plant in 2014. Chiyoda received The Jules Verne award in Whec 2014, and JIE technical award from Institute of Energy of Japan in 2015.
