Fees and Inclusions

All participants are required to officially register. Please read the following information before completing the online registration form. Convention fees are listed in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Method of Payment

Full payment of fees is required prior to the Convention. Please note as we are now less than two weeks prior to the Convention, the only payment option available is credit card.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration fees

Cancellation of a registration must be advised via email to the Convention Office. Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted.

The following refunds will apply from the date of receipt of notification:

On or before 13 July 2015 (90 days out) 100% refund less an administration fee of $110 including GST
On or before 12 August 2015 (60 days out) 75% refund less an administration fee of $110 including GST
On or before 11 September 2015 (30 days out) 50% refund less an administration fee of $100 including GST
After 11 September 2015 (29 days out) No refund available

The refund will be returned via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds.

No refund will be made after 11 September 2015, however an alternative delegate name may be provided in writing and the booking and funds will be allocated accordingly.

Please note no refunds or discounts will be made if an inclusive function or event within the registration fee is not taken up or is subsequently cancelled.

Optional events or functions may be cancelled up until thirty (30) days prior to the Convention commencement date and will be refunded in full. After this time no refunds will be given, however, an alternative delegate name may be submitted. All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to the Convention Office.

Accommodation: Hotels impose strict cancellation policies and may charge 100% cancellation fee within 30 days. Please refer to the individual hotel cancellation policies. Any amendments to original hotel bookings must be forwarded in writing to the Convention Office.

Insurance: Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. The Organising Committee and the Convention Office accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard.

Tax: All Convention registration fees and additional ticket rates are quoted in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
